Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Enso and Elesdy Apps. Can’t find your answer? Contact us.
What is Enso?
Enso is a virtual reality meditation app by Elesdy Apps. You draw slow circles around glowing orbs while calming music and ambient sound surround you. The simple, repetitive movement guides your attention into a relaxed, focused flow state.
Which headsets does Enso support?
Enso is built for Meta Quest headsets: Quest, Quest 2 and Quest Pro, as listed on the original Enso page. Check the Meta Quest Store listing for the current list of compatible devices.
Where can I get Enso?
Enso is available on the Meta Quest Store, and you can also find it on SideQuest. Use the buttons on this site to open the official store pages.
Can I try Enso before buying?
Yes. Enso is a paid app with a 15-minute free trial on Meta Quest, so you can see how it feels before you decide. The current price is shown on the Meta Quest Store.
Are there in-app purchases or subscriptions?
No. Enso is a one-time purchase: you pay once before downloading and there are no in-app purchases.
How long is a session?
Sessions are short, around five minutes each, so Enso fits easily into a lunch break or the end of a busy day.
Do I need meditation experience?
No. Enso was designed as a gentle introduction for beginners, while experienced meditators enjoy it as a fresh, “motion mindfulness” take on their practice.
Do I have to keep moving the whole time?
No. Enso includes both active and more passive ways to play. If you’d rather just breathe and watch the colors and stars, that works too.
Does Enso collect my personal data?
According to our privacy policy, the Enso app and website do not collect or store personal user information, and this website does not use cookies. See the Privacy Policy and the Enso VR privacy policy for details.
Is Enso a medical treatment?
No. Enso is a relaxation and mindfulness tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional.
